Edition 02 started the only sensible way — with a little rum. After a guided tasting of Planteray, it was time to get behind the bar. Miha Leskovar and Rene Plavec opened the first round, followed by Ana Lenna Breznik and Tadej Cvetko taking over for round two. Four bartenders, four different approaches and plenty of cocktails later, the votes were counted and it was time for the ceremony. By Edition 02, one thing was becoming pretty clear: The Craft Clash might actually be a thing.
