Four bartenders, one tiny bar and absolutely no idea what we were starting. Our first-ever Craft Clash brought Lovro, Stefan, Viktor and Luka together at Polek for a night of cocktails and a friendly competition. Viktor and Stefan kicked things off in the first round, followed by Lovro and Luka going head-to-head in the second. Votes were counted, a winner was crowned, we did the whole ceremony thingy… and then decided nobody was ready to go home. All four bartenders squeezed behind Polek’s little bar and kept the cocktails flowing, turning our first Clash into exactly what we wanted it to be: serious drinks, not so serious people.
