For our final summer edition, The Collective took over the bar once again, and this time, we decided to mess with the Italians! We took some legendary Italian cocktail classics, gave them our own little twists and let the guests decide: stick with the original or embrace the new? Classic vs. Modern, side by side, sip by sip. After some serious tasting and not-so-serious debating, the votes were in. The verdict? Forget the classics!
