Back under the oak tree we went! For Edition 07, we brought a little Mexican spirit to Minoriti Pod Hrastom and challenged four bartenders to create their own Mexican-inspired cocktails. Tilen, a Slovenian living in Vienna, Sasha, a Ukrainian calling Maribor home, Grega from Ljubljana and our local Miha stepped behind the bar to show us what they had up their sleeves. Meanwhile, chef Rok Zebec returned with some seriously good tacos inspired by Slovenian cuisine. Mexico meets Slovenia? Yes, please! DJ Mamuth kept the tunes coming, the cocktails kept flowing and the crowd had the difficult job of picking their favourite. This time, no Margarita showdown needed — we had a clear winner! One last Clash before The Collective took over the bar for the summer.
